  I could not believe that someone who works in a pet store would be *this* uneducated and neglectful about animals. Animal lovers know better than to offer dangerous nutritional and lifestyle advice to their customers!

  I already wasn't a fan of this chain (the employees lack professionalism AND relevant training) but after this, I am definitely not going there anymore.

  During previous visits, employees have me giving me wrong information about dog food, but nothing ever shocked me as bad as my last visit. This time, I went to buy some bunny supplies. Some employee lady came to me and offered her assistance, despite me telling her that I was okay. She proceeded to advise me to buy some corn and other sweetened treats for my rabbits. I told her that bunnies were not supposed to eat sweets, and no corn either. She then told me that she fed it ALL THE TIME to her bun, and that her bun LIVED IN A CAGE and got out 'like, half an hour per day'.

  Great customer service, the employees are always so nice and helpful. They have a lot of products on sale and a points card system. My dog loves coming with me because they always give him cookies :)

  This is an excellent place for our pet they have everything we're looking for and more and it's always funny to see other pets on place that are happy and having what they want to. Our bulldog really change with the salmon skin treatment. We are so happy they they recommended.

  The staff knows nothing about squat!! The employees are clueless about pet nutrition!
