    And if you arrive after 10 AM, even if you have a monthly pass, there is no spot left and you have to leave your key with the guys working there. Then when you want to leave, you need to find a person to get your key from, which is not always easy.

    The parking spots in this building are too tight even for minis. They will charge you 170$ a month which is a reasonable price, BUT keep in mind that you have to do touch ups and repairs every month to fix the damage to your car doors since the cars are parked very close to each other and you have no way to get in your car unless you hit the next car's door.
