  Delivery was on time. The main frustration for us was the communication after purchase. When we called to check the delivery time, we were told to wait for the message to arrive (even though we were already talking to the customer service representative). The pre-recorded voice message arrived in French (which we don't yet speak), and the customer service would not translate it for us when we called again. Ended up having to ask a random person on the street to listen to the message and translate it for us, so we'd know when to expect delivery.

  The padding/cushioning on the sofa got flat extremely fast (1.5 month), after which it started feeling like we were sitting on wood barely covered by cloth. Very disappointing development in a sofabed.

  Oh sure there's no poem like a tree and a rose by any other name is still rosey, but what is a canapé if they don't have it in your colour? If they can order it, it will come. I injured my pinky opening the box but I suppose that was my fault for not following the instructions properly.

  We received a decent service at this store, and while it was not particularly warm and friendly, we cared more for the quality of furniture, which suited us fine at the showroom (it didn't last long at home). We got most of our stuff on special during July sales, so the price was reasonable. All furniture required assembly though, which is not offered by the shop.

  Not a big fan of Structube in general but I should admit that I ended up buying my night stands from them. This specific store is not very big so they only carry a limited number of their furniture. Something that Structube should work on is their website pictures. They not only do a good job in showing the item I think their furniture looks much better in person than in the pictures which is not a good thing since these days a lot of people first try to look online.

  This location is smaller but staff was friendly and helpful unlike other locations. I just came to pick up my online ordered merchandise that was delivered there as the warehouse is far away and seems to be overcrowded.

  Would never buy again. Delivery date over by 2 months, 2 out of 4 items arrived damaged or dirty, you can feel it's really really cheap manufacture. Oh and don't get me started on servie both in store and online...
