    Update: Finally managed to get a refund for the $80 but those sneaky a** holes had charged me twice to begin with. So technically it's like the refund never happened.

    I ordered flowers for my mom to be delivered on Mother's Day and by 3pm they still hadn't arrived. I called to complain and they said they would leave right away to deliver them but by 4:30 still no flowers. I called to cancel the order and get a refund and the girl kept yelling at me, wouldn't even let me finish a sentence, and eventually hung up on me. I tried to call back several times but she blocked my phone calls. My mom never even got the flowers.

    really disappointed ..not at all like it's supposed to look. you can cut in half the number of flower and forget the ornament ... event if you choose the price (same as the picture)
