    No language to describe their service. Booked car, then no car available. Cancelled USA tour and went to Quebec city with my own car. 1 star is more than enough.

    Good service. Nice staff. Possibilty to return car not during opening hours. In busy season, they sometimes do not have cars.

    As an Enterprise Platinum member, I rent from Enterprise on a regular basis. I have never seen such a lack of respect and incompetence from staff.

    Fast and friendly service. I was never was given a bad car. I was often upgraded free of charge. I really enjoy the opportunity to do the afterhours return when I need.

    Horrible experience!!! I rented a full size SUV for a three day getaway and my car is not available. I have been calling around all the branches and nobody has the car that requested and nobody can tell me if or when can get my car. I get passed around from branch to branch to customer care who can't help me ! So far seven people are on standby for the trip and I've spent three hours on the phone with no results nor any idea when we can leave. Enterprise is unreliable and very unhelpful.
