  Although the car was fine, and pickup was more or less seamless, the drop off was anything but. If you are going to have holiday hours, you need to inform your clients. After arriving at 7:30 am, I had to call their hotline to find out that they don't open till 9 am. No notice on their door or website, nor a recorded message on their phone line. When I picked up the car, they made a point to tell me to drop off the car by 10 am or I'd be charged an extra day. It would have been nice to have been told that they only opened at 9! In the 20 minutes I stood there, calling their help line, 5 other people showed up to drop off their cars. If it was only me, I'd pass it off as forgetfulness, but that many people means they just didn't tell anyone. After wandering around for over an hour in the cold, I didn't even get a standard robotic apology, just a nod to a piece of paper on their counter listing their holiday hours.

  Sometimes the door is open... sometimes you have to figure out how the hell you get your car keys. The parking can sometimes be a nightmare to get out of...and it closes early so I always have to return the car somewhere else.

  What a service, was in & out in 3 mins on Canada Day. Got a brand new car at a fairly reasonable price. The drop off took literally 10 seconds.

  Limited hours. No drop off. Limited car options. Expensive. The only reason I go is because it's close to home
