  DONT ORDER ONLINE. I never received my order and its been over a month (early December) since i first placed it. I left a voicemail and never received a call back and sent tons of emails with no response. The package i ordered was meant to be a CHRISTMAS GIFT and i have still yet to receive it. They refuse to answer any email i send with regards to reimbursing me. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never order from them again.

  Other than textbooks, they have nothing to speak of. A few years back, this was the place to go for serious books unlikely to be carried by mainline bookstores. Now it's a shell of its former self, dedicated to fleecing students on crazily overpriced new and used textbooks (the latter barely more affordable than the former), as well as shilling low circulation titles by McGill university professors who are unable to sell in the public marketplace.

  Crazy opening hours (10am-4pm week only). When you have work to do, tough to pass by. Would not recommend.

  Despite what it says in the current Google Maps description (Feb 2018), this is not the McGill bookstore to go to for gifts. It's books and supplies for students. For McGill branded gifts, go to the other bookstore at 680 Sherbrooke W.
