  The interior decoration was nothing I have ever seen before. Dimly lit with long bar tables that connect from the back of the bar to the front, it allows the bartender to easily attend one client to the next.

  Classy, high-end bar. The establishment is tucked away between two buildings and the door is painted black. If it wasn't for our friend (local), we would have missed it completely.

  The wait was a little long however it was worth while. Cozy intimate spot, Excellent vibe, great service and good drink. Perfect for a date or just casual r & r with some friends. The manager was very friendly as well.

  The drinks were superb, and our bartender was extremely knowledgeable and used us as guinea pigs to experiment with some concoctions he was pondering. This place is definitely a gem in Montreal!

  Very new York underground style with the waiters in the center and seating around. 4 or so small items you can get to nibble on, but don't come here expecting to eat, they have a restaurant a few blocks down actually.

  The only downside is that the manager seems to be quite strict (we heard him shout on some of the bartenders and staffs "behind" the curtains, but I personally heard everything), it kind of killed the mood and felt bad for the waiters... Other than that everything was good!

  Very classy, high end bar. Definitely would have a feeling of excitement while walking through the hall before seeing the bar area for the first time!

  Love this speakeasy. Drinks are good. Prices are average, like 13$ for a cocktail. Great for after work drinks but better for dates. Dim lighting, jazzy music.
