    the real good stuff. I use some of their products at my restaurant. Always get something to eat on the go as well. couldn't make better

    Delicious breads! I literally tried like 15 kinds... There is no sitting area but there is a stand-in bar in case the weather is inclement and you want to savour your purchases in site. They also sell coffee, chocolate... Very nice stop!

    One of the best bakery in town! Gotta be patient in line but so worth it. And the service is always great.

    My personal fav is their garlic bread (my absolute best! So hard to find in Montreal). If you are in the area, make your way to Guillaume, you will not regret it.

    Guillaume takes the perennial Montreal construction work off the street and into the bakery. Industrial with touches of sheet metal, industrial lighting and yellow accents, this seems to match more a hardware store than a bakery. And with all items housed on one long wall and workers standing behind the low counter, ready to grab whatever you need, there's something decidedly old-school about it as well. One thing is that they don't have that many sweet baked goods with the exception of French classics such as croissants and chocolatines, but the bread pudding was pretty good. -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"

    By far my favorite Montreal bakery. They have the best selection of bread, and a wonderful staff to boot.
